If you're headin' to New York City this year (or are fortunate enough to live there) then watch out for the very amazing, black clothed, guy-liner wearing, tattoo wielding, sexy ass'd, punk rock, drug slinging, freedom fighter TONY VINCENT, kickin' it HARDCORE in the principal role of St. Jimmy in Green Day's "American Idiot" rock theatrical which opens on 20th April, 2010 at the St. James Theatre, BROADWAY! As you will know, Tony originated the role of St. Jimmy during a 10 week test-run of American Idiot at the Berkeley Rep Theatre, CA, and he wow'd audiences and stole the show with his powerful performances (Check out American Idiot (Berkeley) over on TVW for a look back at images, video, and reviews).  So, you all MUST book a trip to go and see Tony in American Idiot on Broadway!  He is truly outstanding in this role--so perfectly cast, and the show is like no other piece of theatre you will have EVER seen before! Take it from one who saw it first-hand in Berkeley--miss IT and miss OUT!  I've booked my flight to see 'St. J' on 'B'way', and hope to see many of you there!

MORE NEWS:  I'm compiling a "SAS Band 2009" page over on TVW. Unfortunately there was no official photographer at the gig, so if you braved the snow and ice to see Tony at either of the gigs in the UK last December, and have any 'bits' (such as images or thoughts / reviews) that you'd be willing to share with other fans, then please email me at admin@tonyvincentworld.com. Many MANY thanks to everyone who supported the petition to bring Tony over, and who stayed true to their word and booked tickets to attend the gig(s). I felt so honored and privileged to be in the company of so many amazing fans and friends that night. The sense of 'community' I felt is what I always hoped TVW would be about -- uniting fans and friends in one worldwide community to support and promote the amazing artist who continually inspires and blesses us with his talents. I love what we do together.

**STOP PRESS** JANUARY 27TH: It has just been announced that Tony's wife, the amazing ASPEN VINCENT has also been cast in American Idiot! Watch out for her everyone, she is incredible! So many congratulations Aspen!  Broadway isn't gonna know what's hit it with TEAM VINCENT on stage!
